This Amendment to the Form 6-K for Tritium DCFC Limited (the “Company”), originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on May 5, 2023 (the “Form 6-K”), is being filed solely to incorporate by reference the Form 6-K, including Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 thereto, into the Company’s registration statements on Form F-3 (File Nos. 333-270436, 333-270437 and 333-270438), filed with the SEC, to be a part thereof from the date on which this report is submitted, to the extent not superseded by documents or reports subsequently filed or furnished.
