In the coming months, Dr. David Finn will transition out of the role of Chief Vision Officer of Tritium DCFC Limited (the “Company”) and will continue to serve as a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company. Dr. Finn’s 21-years of service to the Company are noted by the Board, as is his continued involvement as a Non-Executive Director.
