On May 27, 2022, Kara Phillips resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Tritium DCFC Limited (the “Company”) due to her substantial commitments to Tiger Financial Group. Ms. Phillips served as the chairperson of the Company’s Audit Committee. Ms. Phillips’ decision to resign from the Board was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
