Mike Calise
Mike is an experienced executive leader with a successful history of accelerating early-stage businesses. He has deep experience in electric vehicle (EV) charging hardware, software, solutions, business models, clean transportation strategies and digital customer experience.
In January 2020, Mike was appointed President of the Americas for Tritium. He is based in Torrance, CA and responsible for promoting and developing Tritium’s market share in the USA.
Mike is presently a Board member of Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI) affiliate start-up company NeoCharge and advises privately held start-up AmpUp. He is the lead author of “Electrify Your Business,” a guide to deploying EV charging in commercial businesses sponsored by the Silicon Valley Leadership Group (SVLG) and Bay Area Climate Council (BACC). He is also a contributing author of California’s “Ready, Set, Charge!”
Mike previously served as Blink Charging Co.’s Chief Executive Officer, their Board of Directors and held an interim Chief Financial Officer position. Before Blink, Mike was the Head of North America Electric Vehicle Solutions at Schneider Electric and was the founder and principal of EVadvise. Mike also developed the Electric Vehicle Charging Technology Plan for Marin Transportation Authority (MTA) in Marin County, CA.
Mike continues to provide advice for several private equity investors and cleantech start-ups in transportation, energy, and micro-grid technologies, all focused on aiding mass-scale EV adoption as a strategy to mitigate the negative effects of carbon emissions.
